The Circular Blending Bed Stacker Reclaimer is designed to provide first-in and first-out storage & reclaim. Excellent Homogenized chip blending capabilities with a 360 total degree pile management.
 
The CBBSR combines Fully Automated Stacking and Fully Automated Reclaiming in one machine. Operation of the CBBSR is performed remotely. The CBBSR includes a complete control room with PLC and MCC's. The stacker and the reclaimer can be controlled separately from different remote locations or Customer Control Systems.

The CBBSR includes a harrow which agitates the pile from top to bottom blending the material together. The reclaimer boom, resting on a 360 degree rail system, uses a screw conveyor to take away the material to the center of the system. The material then drops down onto a conveyor belt located beneath the CBBSR to be taken away.
