As we enjoy this holiday season and all that it brings, it is a perfect time to reflect and remember how blessed we are to live in this wonderful community of Orem. As we look forward to a New Year, here are some things to be aware of:

  • New Fire Training Facility - Helping our first responders stay 100% ready to save lives and serve our community.
  • New Orem City Hall - Our beautiful new city center building will soon be completed—achieved without any new taxes or debt!
  • Senior Memorial Garden - A serene place of remembrance for our friends at the Orem Senior Friendship Center.
  • Orem Library Remodel - Significant renovations are coming to Utah's best library, ensuring it remains a gem for generations to come.
  • Smooth Jazz at Windsor Park - In partnership with the Utah Jazz, we're building a brand-new basketball court for the community to enjoy.
  • Bikes & Hikes - Phase 3 of the Bike Skills Course at Mt. Timpanogos kicks off this spring—more fun and adventure ahead!
  • New Park Features at Northridge Park - Look forward to a new tennis court, four pickleball courts, and improved lighting for even more recreation opportunities.
  • Orem Gold Star Family Monument - Honoring the families of military heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

As we celebrate this season of peace and gratitude, we hope your holidays are filled with rest, joy, and the warmth of family and friends. Here’s to an exciting and prosperous new year for all of us here in Orem!
