WOW, it's hard to believe we are about 7 weeks away from our very first NEW SEASON Class!!!!

All the projects are "cut" and ready for a fun season!!! Merman has been extremely busy!!!

Remember, we book way in advance and many classes are full, however, we do add a few spots here and there so stay with us because at times we will even add a few additional classes that will happen on the weekends!!!

Our Policy: Once you sign up and pay a deposit you are then making a commitment for that spot. We are CUSTOM Artists and we give lots of time and energy to our classes and students. If you are unable to keep that commitment then "you" are responsible for filling your spot (no exceptions). No money will be pushed to different classes with an outstanding balance. Give it to someone as a gift. Remember, "you get what you pay for, supplies are very very expensive".

OUR PRIVATE PAGE on FB is for students that take "TWO CLASSES", so, once you sign up for TWO CLASSES you log on and "ASK TO JOIN" the page. In our private page you will get to see ALL the NEW CLASSES, before they go to the NEWSLETTER, giving you the advantage, because there are WAY MORE CLASSES in there!!! We also PLAY GAMES on the site where you can WIN SUMMER ART PIECES!!

"NO SHOWS" do not merit a return or transfer of funds. It is your responsibility to mark your calendar for your party.

We "do" still have a waiting list that will apply if the invoices for these parties are not paid as originally posted.

No taking pictures of any STUDENTS work in the classroom.....please do not ask the student for permission either.

All supplies are included in all our classes. No outside supplies brought in unless we tell you to. The only item we "may" ask you to bring is your "own glue gun and glue sticks".

If you feel more comfortable painting with your own paint brushes....then bring them.

We are located in TURTLE CROSSING in Punta Gorda....one mile north of Burnt Store Marina.

EPOXY POUR DECLARATION.

The pieces that WE or YOU pour in our classes are final. Epoxy is not something that we can control. We will "not" be repouring your piece because you are "not" satisfied with it. We suggest that you purchase your own "epoxy" and "repour your own piece over the top of what was already poured".

Gift Certificates from Parties can be used only for Bonnie's Classes and must be used for the current seaon.

Names are removed from the Newsletter if you don't take a class in one year.

Class Payments - Once you sign up for a class you will receive an invoice from us. The invoice has a DUE DATE on it. If payment "is not received" by the due date, you will be canceled out of the class.

Disabilities - If you have ANY DISABILITIES please let us know PRIOR to signing up for a class. We set the room up the day before each class and we want you to have the utmost in comfort.

Cancellation Policy...NEW RULES....Includes Parties also

No REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS, No CREDITS, No moving your money from one class to another. If you sign up for a class and pay you must find your replacement and have that person pay you for your spot. We love what we do and once the love leaves because of cancellations, etc....the paper pushing is not what we love....so please don't sign up if you are concerned about not being able to find someone to take your spot....we will no longer be involved in that. NO SHOWS....DO NOT GET THEIR FUNDS BACK

If "we have to cancel for any reason", we will offer you a different class or reschedule the class that we had to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control.

Teaching Policy, we are here to teach our classes that we designed just for you. There are times that we do not disclose where we purchase our materials.

Copyright Rules. The Painted Cabana owns all of its creation cutout rights, no reproducing is allowed of Mermaids, Seahorses or any of our other Art pieces. If you are taking a class from us then you are accepting a "non-compete".......Questions, just ask.

Glass Classees, bring your own glasses to wear. You will not hold The Painted Cabana responsible for any cuts that you have.

Covid. Masks are not required in our facility. If you feel the need to wear one that is fine. Everything is washed down as needed. We take no responwsibility for you or anyone else that happens to get Covid. We will not be responsible for anyone getting COVID in our facility.

Camera in the studio.....yes we have a camera in the studio for "security reasons"....the camera is on at all times.
