Administration

The Class of 2026 gathered for their class photo with Mrs. Heidersbach and Mrs. Lester during Freshman Orientation on Monday. The sun shone brightly outside the Our Lady of Grace Chapel which used to be the original entrance to the school in 1947. 

Picture Day

Picture day for grades 9-11 is Tuesday, August 30. Students are to be in full Mass uniform. The pricelist from Bob Reinker Photography is attached. If you are ordering pictures, payment is due on Picture Day. Students can pay with cash or check made payable to Reinker Photography.  

If you are still waiting on your Schoolbelles order, ladies, please wear your white blouse and gentlemen, please wear a white button down with a green or black tie. All gentlemen must be clean shaven. Students who are absent this day will have the opportunity to get their picture taken on retake day Wednesday, October 19.

AVI Fresh, our culinary partner, operates our cafeteria. Mrs. Keisha Reyes is the Resident Director. You are now able to load funds onto your son or daughter's lunch account through PaySchools Central:  www.payschoolscentral.com. You will need the six digit student ID number, which is found in Progressbook or on their schedule.  Please click HERE for more information and a welcome letter from AVI! The Elyria Catholic Cross Country team is looking for new members, especially freshman and sophomores not already involved in a Fall sport! Our season has begun, but it's not too late join the Panther Pack. No experience is necessary, our coaches are experienced in coaching runners of all abilities. Cheer Clinic


Calling all little Panthers! Registration is now open for the 2022 Fall Cheer Clinic. Students PreK-4th grade are invited to join the Elyria Catholic Cheerleaders on Friday, September 2 during the first quarter of the varsity football game. Lorain County Homeless Stand Down

This year, we have been asked to collect new winter gloves to help out the Lorain County Homeless Stand Down. Donations are being accepted from now through the end of September and can be dropped off in the Campus Ministry office. Thanks in advance for helping out our community!

Employment & Service Hour Opportunities

Club & Service Fair coming soon!

Career Coach Mrs. Mey will visit Theology classes to help prepare students for the fair. This event is a great opportunity to learn about EC clubs/ organizations and volunteer positions with non-profit agencies.

Founders' Day 2022

Elyria Catholic will celebrate Founders’ Day on September 16, 2022, a day to celebrate all those who made Elyria Catholic possible and continue to benefit from its existence. Please tune in to our social media channels to watch our alumni and students Paws to Celebrate EC’s 75th Anniversary with their 75-second stories. All gifts made in this 24-hour Giving Day will benefit the Panther Fund.The first $50,000 in gifts are being matched by Steve Komives from the Class of 1965. Gala 2023

The first gala committee meeting will be Monday, August 29 from 6-7pm in the foods classroom located on the second floor of the North Wing. Parking is available in the near lot. Please enter through the breezeway doors. Anyone is welcome!
