Greetings Presentation Families,

We were excited to welcome everyone back after a well deserved break for all. We hope you all were able to have some quality family time together. 

Thank you so much for helping keep our school healthy and safe. We greatly appreciated all the families who chose to quarantine this past week as a safety precaution. We all have to stay the course and work together encouraging everyone to wear a mask up over the nose, practice physical distancing, and to stay home when someone in the household is exposed or sick.

This next week we have conferences on Thursday 3:30-7:30 and on Friday 11:00am-4:00pm. This is an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s/children’s teacher(s). The academic and social emotional growth of each child is important here at Presentation. As a team, parents alongside teachers, we come together to celebrate the positives and work together on developing a plan for the areas that need growth. Please feel free to stop by if you have a moment. I look forward to hearing about your child’s/children’s progress.

On Friday, November 6th there will be no school for students. The staff will be meeting to review and prepare our Distance Learning Plan. We will share this plan with all of you the following week. This will help everyone to know what to expect if we need to shift to Distance Learning. 

Let us all pray for the continuous health and well being of our staff and school community.

A reminder that as it gets colder outside... students need to wait outside until 8:15am in the morning. Please make sure they are dressed warmly or remain in the car a little longer before getting out to line up. Below zero temps will be here before we know it and we want to make sure everyone is staying as safe and warm as possible!

This safe and easy fundraiser is 100% online so there is no face-to-face selling, collecting money, or delivering products. Participation only takes 12 minutes and your child will win fun and exciting prizes. Every student will receive a prize, just for participating. More prizes will be rewarded when goals are reached.

With cold and flu season approaching and positive COVID cases on the rise in our state, we would like to stress how important it is to understand and follow Presentation's Covid-19 Decision Tree. This is the best way to ensure our school can remain open and that staff and students alike can stay protected. We sincerely appreciate your support and cooperation!
Panther Pride Benefit and Auction: Volunteers Needed!

The Auction will be taking place on February 6th, 2021 and planning has begun! The Auction Committee is looking for a few volunteers at this time. Please reach out to Amber Henslin at amberhenslin@gmail.com if you are able to help in any of these areas:

-Technology support: It will be a virtual platform this year so we would love to have some volunteers as IT support
-Donations: Solicit businesses or individuals to donate auction items (restaurants, spas/salons, breweries, sports teams, retail stores, etc.) and track who you have contacted and what they are donating
