Greetings to all of our Presentation Families,
We hope this update finds you and your family well and enjoying the long weekend. Our staff have earned this well deserved break. Please join me in showing our appreciation of all they are doing by taking time to send them a note of thanks or encouragement. They are the true heart and soul of our school. We are all so blessed to have them be a part of our faith community.
As the colder weather approaches we all know that we usually tend to spend more time indoors. Our PE classes will continue to be outdoors as the weather permits. Be sure to send warm outdoor clothes everyday. The fresh air will be so good for our students health and well being. We too as adults need to step out into the cool outdoors to take in the beauty and wonder God has blessed us with.
We are all under a lot of stress and filled with worry with the approaching cold and flu season along with the current pandemic. If we all continue to wear our masks (over our nose and mouth), practice social distancing, and stay home when we are not feeling well, our community will hopefully persevere and allow our school building to remain open.
During times like these we are reminded that God foretold we would have times of trouble, times of pain, and times when we all need to fall to our knees trusting that He is by our side. Times of pain and problems are opportunities for us to demonstrate to our children how we can persevere and trust that even during these hard times there is goodness. Let us all find ways to seek joy and share God’s light and love onto others.
From the entire staff here at Presentation, we hope you all had a wonderful four day break and look forward to welcoming you all back on Monday well rested and ready to persevere through whatever comes our way together in Christ.
Blessings to you and your family.
