DIAPER DRIVE TOMORROW AT ALL 3 SERVICES

Each year Faith holds a diaper drive for the migrant workers & their families and for our own We Care families. The Mission Committee will be collecting out front at all three services. If you forget to bring in your diaper drive contributions but would still like to participate, we will be accepting diapers until Wednesday (3/13) in the church office.

STEPHEN MINISTER COMMISSIONING THIS SUNDAY - 9:30AM

John A. Haley will be commissioned at the 9:30 worship service. Please join us at coffee hour after the 9:30 service for cake in celebration of John.

Stephen Ministers are trained and supervised lay persons, providing one-on-one Christian care to individuals facing life challenges or difficulties. They are caring Christian friends who listen, understand, accept, and pray for and with care receivers who are working through a crisis or tough time. CONGREGATIONAL MEETING - SUNDAY, MARCH 17, NOON

The meeting will take place after the 11:00am worship service. It will be held to act on matters related to the call of a new pastor and to act on matters related to the retiring pastor. Voting is open to all full-time members of Faith; voting by proxy will not be permitted. Also, we will not be able to live stream the meeting, or any of the worship services that day, due to confidentiality. Members, please check your mail towards the end of this week, as the Pastor Nominating Committee is sending a confidential brochure with information pertaining to our pastoral candidate. Since nothing is official until after the vote on March 17, and out of respect to their current congregation, it is very important that the identity of the candidate be held in confidence until Tuesday, March 19.
