JUNIOR PACER FOOTBALL
Registration is now open for Shoreland’s Junior Pacer Football tackle football team for Grades 7-
8. The team will compete in the Greater Metro Milwaukee Football League (GMMYFL). Practices begin in early August at Shoreland. The fee is as follows:
- $175 if received on or before May 31, 2022
- $200 on or after June 1, 2022.
Payment is due at time of registration. Information and instructions for registering can be found
on
www.slpacers.org. Registration is limited and accepted on a first come, first served basis.
2022 SUMMER CAMPS
Register now for our summer camps for grade schoolers! For the list of camp offerings please go to the athletics website at
www.slpacers.org, hover over the "Summer Camps" tab and choose "Grade
School Camps" in the drop down menu. We look forward to seeing your child(ren) this summer!
PACER OPEN REGISTRATION IS OPEN
The 36th Annual Pacer Open is scheduled for July 8th with a rain date of July 15th. Sign up at
www.slpacers.org to golf and support our Pacer Patrons Athletic Club. At
www.slpacers.org you’ll find many sponsorship opportunities or, if you’re not a golfer, you can sign up to attend the Pacer Open dinner and auction. Email Paul Strutz at

LONDON TRIP OPPORTUNITY
Shoreland will be offering an opportunity to travel to London during Spring Break of 2023! This will
be open to students, their families, and Shoreland Federation! This would make an excellent

2022 POPS CONCERT & CELEBRATION OF SERVICE!
Please join us for the 2022 Pops Concert on Saturday, May 21 at 2:00 p.m.! Come and enjoy some show tunes and highlights from your favorite show tunes Disney numbers! Concert is free and open to the public. At the concert the Shoreland Lutheran High School Board of Directors together with the faculty and staff will also be celebrating and recognizing the following individuals:
- 2021 Graduating Seniors
- Mrs. Carol Hermanson - who is retiring after 14 years of service at Shoreland Lutheran High School
- Mr. Paul Huebner - who has accepted a call to Martin Luther College (MLC) to serve as their
- head football coach and football player recruitment
- Mr. Sam Hunter - who has taken a position at Martin Luther College (MLC) to serve as their
- strength and conditioning instructor
- Ms. Sarah Siegler - who will be retiring from teaching to serve her savior by owning and
- operating a music publishing company
- After the concert all are invited to an informal reception in the Commons. Light refreshments will be served.
SHOWCASE NIGHT
You are invited to attend our annual Showcase Night on Saturday, May 21 between 5:00 p.m. and
7:00 p.m. The evening will highlight Shoreland’s Computer Science, Biomedical Science and
Engineering pathways of STEM Academy. Students will demonstrate and discuss projects they have
worked on throughout the year. Exemplary art from our art students will also be on display that will
include portfolio work from our Independent Study art students. It is a great event to see how God
has blessed Shoreland and its students!
BLOOD DRIVE
Shoreland is once again hosting a blood drive on Thursday, May 12. Time slots are every five
minutes starting at 8 am and going until 1 pm. Please sign up using this

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT HOSTING
Shoreland is looking for host families for our international students. We currently have 8 students from China, South Korea and Brazil with only 1 student graduating. Right now, we have at least 6 students that are very interested in Shoreland from China, Vietnam and Spain. To keep this ministry moving forward we need families to host students during the school year. Please consider opening your home.
