The Partner College Weekly |
| Spring/Q2 EVR Deadline: March 2, 2026 | |
Our Spring/Q2 EVR cycle has begun! EVRs are due by Monday, March 2, 2026. We are currently still receiving transfer requests and Bridge Funding requests.
Track the status of your EVR submission here.
Payment Process Updates:
- We are recollecting ACH Forms from all PCs who submitted a handwritten copy and from our 5 Newest Partner Colleges. Click here to see if your school is on the list of those who need to submit the form. Download this editable copy of the ACH Form. Once filled out, save it as a PDF, and upload to Dropbox by February 13, 2026.
- For PCs that submitted electronic ACH Forms, ISTS will be conducting account verification checks, before sending Spring funds.
- Moving forward, all PCs are required to acknowledge receipt of payment. Once ISTS has confirmed that your EVR payment has been processed and disbursed, Camila will send you an email requesting confirmation of receipt. To complete this step, all you need to do is reply to the email to confirm that the funds have been received by your school. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Camila directly.
EVR Reminders:
- Prior to submitting your Spring EVRs, we suggest you re-run your EVR and see if any additional Scholars populate in your report before submission.
- PCs are responsible for completing all information in the yellow areas.
-
Please do not change any information located in the grey cells.
-
All information provided should be entered for the term, not the annual year.
-
If a Scholar has withdrawn from classes, but still owes for them, enter them as enrolled and include the withdrawn credits and balance. Please note "withdrawn" in the "Partner College Comments" section instead.
- Please include your Partner College name in the EVR filename to avoid delays in payments.
The instructions and video tutorial can be found in the Program Management section on our website. The full EVR schedule for the current academic year can be found here.

The Legalization Project is hosting an upcoming session, "How College Can Help You Get Your Papers" on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 12 – 1 pm PT / 3 – 4 pm ET.

While there will be an emphasis on colleges in California, the session will also include information that applies nationwide.
| Protecting Tuition Equity: A Playbook for State Coalitions and Higher Education | |
TheDream.US is a member of The Higher Ed Coordinating Group, which is convened by the Presidents’ Alliance and FWD.us. The Group developed a playbook in response to increasing legal and policy challenges to in-state tuition for undocumented students.
The playbook equips institutions with practical tools to prepare for and respond to threats to tuition equity, including an overview of the national legal landscape, recommended readiness and coordination strategies, messaging and rapid-response resources, and concrete steps institutions can take to support students if access to in-state tuition is threatened or restricted.
Please share this resource with the General Counsel of your institution.
Download the Playbook
If you have any questions about the Playbook, please contact Susan Collins at TheDream.US (Susan.Collins@thedream.us) and Monica Andrade at the Presidents’ Alliance (Monica@presidentsalliance.org).
