You’re Invited: What’s Next? The Future of DACA in Regards to Litigation, Executive Action, and Legislation.

The Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration and TheDream.US will host a briefing to provide information on the future of DACA. We will share the latest updates on the Fifth Circuit legal challenge that continues to threaten DACA. Speakers will also discuss how we expect DACA to change under the incoming administration, including ongoing efforts to shape implementation.

Effective Practices

MSU Denver hosts Legal Info Sessions for Undocumented Students

For the Spring semester, MSU Denver will host 30-minute virtual meetings with immigration attorneys for undocumented students and their families to learn about DACA and immigration updates, get help reviewing their forms, learn about their rights, and get their questions answered. See flyer here
