| 2025 Renewal Decisions will be emailed to Scholars this Friday, July 25, 2025 | |
ISTS will email 2025 Renewal notifications to Scholars this Friday, July 25. We will be giving them a heads-up this week to be on the lookout for the email.
On Friday morning, you can track Renewal decisions for your Scholars by running the “PC Scholar Report” in your ISTS PC Portal.
Scholars and Partner Colleges will be able to readily access the reason for a renewal denial. Scholars must log into their ISTS Scholar Portal to access this information and Partner Colleges can access this information in the “PC Scholar Report” under Column AC.
Looking Ahead: If Scholars missed the initial Renewal deadline, they will have a last chance opportunity to renew their scholarship between August 4 and August 10. These Scholars will be getting a heads-up email today to prepare.

DACA is under threat. We are witnessing an increase in DACA renewals delays becoming more prevalent. Encourage your Scholars to renew early, at least 150 days before their DACA expires. Check out this great resource on our Instagram for more valuable information.
There are a number of renewal fee assistance programs including Mission Asset Fund, providing 0% interest loans, and Mexican consulates that are providing grants.
