You can begin submitting your Summer term EVRs, if applicable.

As a reminder, going forward you will use the new Enrollment Verification report for all terms. Here are the updated instructions, including how to complete the form, a helpful hints section, and where you will upload the file once you are ready to submit it.

The deadline to submit the Summer EVR is July 29, 2022.

Eligible Scholars must upload a copy of their transcript (unofficial) and submit their renewal form by June 22nd in order to be reviewed for funding for the 2022-2023 academic year. Please encourage your returning, eligible Scholars to submit their renewal by 6/22.

Download your PC Scholar Report to track your Scholars' Renewal submissions:

1. Log into your ISTS Portal here
2. Filter on the "Scholar Eligibility" column for Eligible Scholars
3. Check the last column AC for "Date of Last Completed Renewal" (note: This date is when the Renewal form was submitted; it does not reflect whether the renewal is complete or approved.)

The Summer Career Series includes 5 virtual events in July focusing on career options and entrepreneurship regardless of work authorization status. Guest speakers will include Undocumented professionals and TheDream.US Alumni who have started their own businesses. All Scholars and Alumni will be invited to attend.
