Immigration Office Hours for Scholars, this Thurs. 3/25

Our next Immigration Office Hours, led by Dan Berger, will be this Thursday, March 25th at 5 pm PST / 7 pm CST / 8 pm EST.

Dan will discuss the Dream and Promise Act recently passed by the House and answer Scholars' questions.

Join TheDream.US and the Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration for a briefing on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at 3 p.m. ET / 12 noon PT to share the latest with higher education institutions, partners, advocates, and stakeholders on developments regarding Dream Act-related legislation in Congress.

The briefing will cover the current status, timeline, and potential movement for bills, including the Senate Dream Act of 2021, what it means now that the House has passed the American Dream and Promise Act of 2021, and other related legislation.

Speakers, including Gaby Pacheco, our Program Director of Advocacy, Development, and Communications, will discuss how campuses can support legislative advocacy and their students during this pivotal time; share the latest intelligence; and what we expect from Congress in April and beyond.
