Open Position - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Research Project Manager
The Partnership is searching for a DEI Manager to lead program activities tackling issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in all Partnership activities including training, mentoring, outreach and research at both institutions.

Open Positions - Center of Cancer Equity and Engagement (CCEE)
The DF/HCC Center of Cancer Equity and Engagement (CCEE) is looking to hire both a Community Health Educator (CHE) and a Program Manager. The CCEE aims to ensure that the work and research of the DF/HCC are driven by the needs of communities across Massachusetts.

Paid Harvard Research Study
Undergraduate students are needed for a Harvard study on student perceptions of "belonging" at college. Students will participate in one 60-minute Zoom and will receive a $40 Amazon e-gift card.

Cancer Disparities Research Network (CDRN)/ GMaP Region 4 E-Blast:
The CDRN broadcasts monthly announcements including events, funding and training opportunities, and job opportunities at NIH.

REC Mentor Training Series - Feb. 24th
The next mentor training session will be on "Aligning Expectations." Participants will examine expectations they and their mentees may bring to a mentoring relationship.

National Resource Mentoring Network (NRMN) Black History Month Webinar - Feb. 24th
Join NRMN for their Black History Month Webinar on "A Time for Healthy Change in STEM for Black Scientists Through Allyship." Drs. Antentor Hinton, T.K. Francis, Zer Vue and Arnaldo Diaz Vazquez will discuss allyship and the benefits and impact it can provide for black scientists.

Partnership Scientific Meeting - Feb. 28th
The Partnership will be hosting a Scientific Meeting on February 28th featuring presentations from project investigators Drs. Shailja Pathania and Zoltan Szallasi as well as Drs. Changmeng Cai and Steven Balk.

DF/HCC Connect:Science Seminar Series - Mar. 1st
Join other members of the science community for a presentation from Dr. Kevin Shokat on his talk "Direct Kras Inhibitors."

Equity by Design in Clinical Research: Cancer Clinical Trials - Mar. 8th
The DF/HCC Center for Cancer Equity and Engagement is hosting a six-part training series discussing best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion of underrepresented populations in clinical trials.

Workforce Development Symposium: Bridging the Divides - Apr. 22nd
The Partnership will be hosting our second annual Workforce Development Symposium featuring Dr. Ana Diez Roux from Drexel University. Following the keynote, there will be a panel session with distinguished researchers.
