UPDATE ON CURRENT INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS

Richey Street - Phase ll


Investment: $3.2M

Coverage: ~ 0.5 mi (Southmore Ave to

South Houston Rd)

Update: Construction for Richey St Phase II that covers the area between Southmore Ave and South Houston Rd has been substantially completed.

Construction is slated to conclude in Q4 2024.
