Student Attendance

If your child will be absent from school, please notify us before 8 AM. You may call the office at 925.447.1246, option 3, or send an email to Ryann Ness. We will be contacting you regarding any unreported absences. Thank you.

School Lunches

For safety reasons, strangers may not be on our campus. With that in mind, please do not order your child's lunch from a food delivery service. You may consider one of our authorized lunch providers: Choice Lunch or The Daily Grind Café as an alternative to a brown-bag lunch for your student.

We would Appreciate Your Help

We are always looking for assistance with organizing the Clothing Corral and with lunchtime yard duty support. If you have some time to help, please email Renee Lawrence, or call the school office to share your availability. Thank you in advance for your support!

Before and after-school care is offered through our Extended Childcare program, but students must be registered in advance. Contact Kim Nuckolls, ECC Director, with any questions.

We are blessed at Our Savior Lutheran with an incredible faculty and staff. Each of us celebrates the impact that they have on our lives, but not all of us see the day-in and day-out hard work. While we celebrate our faculty and staff, we also lift them in prayer. As a community we annually bless, recognize, and pray for them in a worship service, so they know that the entire community stands behind them. We invite you to be with us on August 18 at the 9:00 AM worship service to pray for our workers, that the Lord would bless them and keep them over the next year. Dining-Out Fundraiser

Join us for a Dining Night Out to benefit our school! Order from Melo’s Pizza & Pasta on Thursday, August 22, and 20% will be donated to OSLS.

OSL Moms Group

We are a community of moms who encourage and uplift each other through the love of Jesus Christ. Also, coffee helps! You are invited to join us on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 9 AM in the Fireside Room, after chapel. Our first meeting is August 28.

School Athletics Begin

With school being back in session, we welcome the return of after-school sports. Boys Flag Football (5-8th grade) begins on Wednesday, August 21 with sign-ups due by Monday, August 19. Forms went home with your student. Please contact Amanda Gagliardi, or the school office, if you have any questions.

8th Grade DC Fundraisers

Help support our 8th-grade trip to DC by participating in these fundraisers:

$15 to purchase a Free Dress Pass from the office through August 28 Free Dress Passes may only be used on Friday, September 6
Drop-in Childcare will be provided at the Back-to-School Night for a flat rate of $20/student
