The 2024 legislative session concluded on May 13th, 2024.
During this session, several bills were introduced that were pension-related; however, none were passed. There were no bills specific to MPERS.
If you have general questions about Medicare, MO SHIP is an excellent source of information.
PLEASE REMEMBER: MPERS does not administer health insurance benefits.
If you have the the Medicare Advantage Plan offered by MoDOT and have questions, please contact Employee Benefits staff directly as this plan is only available to retirees of MoDOT, the Patrol, and MPERS. It is NOT available to the general public.
