MPERS Holds Special Board Election

In early August, Trooper Matt Morice resigned from the Board of Trustees as the active Patrol representative member of the Board. We appreciate Trooper Morice’s service to our members and wish him the best.  

This leaves the active Patrol spot on the board vacant, therefore, a special election has been called. The first step in this special election is to open the nomination period. The nomination period is from August 22nd to September 5th. 

If you are an active MSHP employee and have an interest in the administration of your retirement benefits, please consider serving in this role.
