Robbinsville,
NJ - November 10, 2010-The Pines at
Robbinsville, a new
locally sponsored, not-for-profit continuing care retirement
community (CCRC) for senior adults ages 62 and older will be
Robbinsville Township's first senior living community when it
opens in the Fall of 2013. The Pines will occupy 16.5 acres at the
intersection of Route 130 and Gordon Road, Robbinsville, Mercer
County, NJ.
What is a
Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)?
Selecting a CCRC is an important decision
and one prospective residents must feel comfortable about. As the
new CCRC in the Mercer County area, The Pines at Robbinsville will
offer residents a comprehensive range of amenities and conveniences
along with maintenance-free living and personal support services as
needed. Residents are able to "age in place" as they move
seamlessly between independent living, assisted
living, and memory care. The goal is to enable residents to stay
independent for as long as possible, and if they need the extra
care, it is available.
Most
importantly, a CCRC lifestyle allows active adults to enjoy the
social aspects of living in a retirement community that encourages
activities and interests. They become part of a stimulating
environment without the worry of interior and exterior upkeep, meal
planning and being alone. Residents will have peace of mind
knowing their future lifestyle and healthcare needs will be taken
care of so they can enjoy an active and full retirement.
Some of the amenities available to
residents at The Pines
at Robbinsville will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a
Town Hall for cultural, educational, social and spiritual
activities and events, a beauty parlor and barber shop, and a
library.
Competitively-Priced
and Affordable Senior Living Options Available
At
The Pines at Robbinsville, monthly fees are estimated to be 15
percent lower than any other local or statewide retirement
communities. The Pines is welcoming senior adults to be among the
first to join the community through its "Priority Gold Club."
Through November 30th, the risk-free priority deposit
has been reduced from $1,000 to $250. When depositors move forward
to reservation deposits in the Spring of 2011, they will
earn 5 percent interest plus the first two monthly services fees
will be waived. All deposits are completely
refundable.
