Customers enrolled in e-Bill paperless billing by Dec. 31, 2021, could win a $250 Amazon gift card.

Our online bill payment service provider, Invoice Cloud, will select the names of two customers at random in January. The Service Authority will notify the winners by email or phone.

Simply log in to your online account at www.pwcsa.org/login or click “Create Online Account” if you do not have one already, then select “e-Bill Preferences” and sign up for paperless billing.

The official rules of the sweepstakes are available on our website at www.pwcsa.org/sweepstakes-rules.

CUSTOMER TIP
Irrigating your lawn in the fall helps the grass recover from scorching summer heat. Just make sure you don’t overdo it – an inch of watering or rainfall per week is enough to keep your yard healthy.

LET’S GET SOCIAL
Quench your thirst for Service Authority news by following us on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. We frequently post information about our construction projects, partnerships with the community and schools, wise water use tips and – on occasion – our best attempts at water-related humor.
Pour used fats, oils and grease (FOG) into a can, let it cool, then toss it in the garbage. If FOG is poured down drains, it can build up in sewer lines and create blockages that could cause sewage to back up into homes or overflow out of manholes into the environment.
If someone unexpectedly appears at your door offering to test your drinking water, remember that all Service Authority employees conducting official business in the field:
  • Always wear uniforms and drive vehicles that clearly display the “SA” logo.
  • Always carry Service Authority-issued identification cards.
  • Never ask to enter a customer’s home unless requested by the customer.
Customers are strongly encouraged to call our Emergency Dispatch Office at (703) 335-7990 to verify the identity of anyone who claims to represent or work for the Service Authority.
