Pirates Volleyball season concludes after second NJCAA Tournament appearance

The Pensacola State College volleyball season came to a close on Friday, Nov. 22 as the Pirates fell to No. 2-seeded Parkland College from Champaign, Illinois 1-3 in a quarterfinal match.

Top Ten nationally ranked Pirates Soccer 2024

What a year it has been for the Pirate soccer team. Undefeated in conference play, they emerged as Region 8 Division 2 Champions and South Atlantic District Champions. They were one of twelve teams to make it to the national tournament, finishing the year ranked No. 10 in the country.

Sparkling touches for shining accomplishments


Fall 2024 PSC graduates enjoyed adding personal touches on their graduation caps in preparation for the 5:00 p.m. ceremony next Friday, Dec. 13 at the Pensacola Bay Center. Doors open at 4:00 p.m., and for those who can’t attend in person, they can view the Live Stream on Facebook using the button below. Graduates, do you still have questions? eSports Call of Duty: Gunfight team ready to win regional championship


The PSC Call of Duty: Gunfight team is preparing to take the regional championship title on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 5:00 p.m. against Union College of Union County, New Jersey. Coach Jeremy Sommers said, “Giving fantastic leadership to the team, Captain Logan Locklear is a guiding force for the team, while veteran player Victor Dixon is an amazing morale booster. Jonathan Dean and Tyquan Crosby are new to the team but have seen tremendous and rapid growth with their play. We have great players, all around.” If the team captures the win in this competition, they advance to Nationals. Good luck!  

In Need of Graduation Regalia


TRiO is currently in need of gently used PSC regalia for our SSS students to borrow for graduation. If you would like to donate a gown, please drop it off at the TRiO student support office in Building 6, Room 620. Thank you!
