Graduates, get ready to celebrate!

PSC Fall 2024 Commencement is on Dec. 13 at 5:00 p.m. at the Pensacola Bay Center. Graduates will earn their diplomas and certificates for the following degrees: Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Career Certificate, Technical Certificate, Advanced Technical Certificate, Advanced Technical Diploma, Bachelor of Applied Science, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Fall 2024 Nurse Pinning Ceremony set for Dec. 12


The PSC Department of Nursing invites all to attend this momentous occasion to commemorate the dedication, compassion, and hard work of the graduating nurses as they begin their journey in nursing. The ceremony will take place 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at First Pentecostal Church at 6485 Pensacola Boulevard in Pensacola. 

Golf enthusiasts joined the club to support PSC Athletics at Pars 4 Pirates 


It was a perfect day for the PSC Athletic Department’s Pars 4 Pirates fundraising event on Nov. 15 at the Marcus Pointe Golf Club as 100 golfers enjoyed the wonderful weather, awesome hospitality, great prizes, and delicious food provided by Bubba’s 33 and Miller’s Ale House. Astro Ford sponsored all three Par 3s, giving golfers an opportunity to win big with a hole-in-one, and Morrett Company and AMA Lighting were the event’s two Gold Sponsors. PSC Volleyball and Soccer teams showed up to be recognized before their National tournaments in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Huntsville, Alabama, respectively. In addition, teams for the Alumni Association supported the event, the first year the two departments joined together to raise money and have fun for a great cause.

A perfect day for a bowl of chili with PTK Beta Beta Gamma


The PTK Beta Beta Gamma Chapter hosted its first annual chili cook-off event on Nov. 19 at the Milton campus. Despite the rain, there was a great turnout with eight entries, including one “anti-chili.” Students, faculty, staff and community members sampled all entries before voting for their favorites. Club President Tracey Jernigan walked away with bragging rights for this first event.
