CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF COAA

COAA celebrates three decades of remarkable existence in 2024, but we need your help. 

Using the link provided, share a favorite COAA story, memory, or experience. Better yet, upload photos or short video clips from a past COAA gathering. We'll couple this content with what's in the COAA archives and use it to help tell the 30-year story of helping Owners be better Owners.

Please join us for a virtual Town Hall gathering at 1:00 PM Eastern on Wednesday, August 21 that will include present and past leaders, guests from other industry associations, and other special guests. You're welcome to actively participate or just listen/watch - either way, you won't be bored.



There's no cost and no requirement to be a COAA member, but you must register for the event.

Student Housing Costs

Auburn University recently benchmarked cost data for a new student housing facility against other projects completed since 2020. They compiled data from roughly 30 institutions and are sharing the results with fellow COAA members since ... well, it’s The COAA Way!

Review the findings and, better yet, augment the data if your higher ed institution has recently added to its student housing inventory.

Owner PM Workload Survey

In response to requests from several Owner members, COAA conducted a survey of Owners in 2023 regarding project manager workload. The goal was to collect and share data so that Owners can benchmark their staff and workload against other Owners.
