Thank you for your support throughout 2023. Your generosity has allowed us to help thousands of people in need around the world.
As I reflect upon 2023 and our history, I am reminded of the power each person has to create a more peaceful world. Rainbow World Fund believes in the power of people, of individuals to stand up and make a difference. For 23 years, Rainbow World Fund has called upon the LGBTQ+ community and its allies to join together and help support individuals and groups working to solve problems far beyond our shores.
Rainbow World Fund has supported effective grassroots organization in more than 30 countries. Frontline activists have taken our support and run with it; a little goes a long way. These programs have tangible results: Cuban kids with HIV and cancer go to summer camp, students from a tiny Mayan village get college degrees, landmines have been cleared in Cambodia, LGBTQ+ individuals escape Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and find asylum in the West. In places of poverty and scarcity, your contributions provide resources that are sorely needed. Where people feel isolated and forgotten, your donations say that someone out there notices and cares. In our world, so slanted towards competition and accumulation, you help Rainbow World Fund show the power of compassion and selflessness.
