Hey Gang!!

I wanted to share a quote from Peggy Millan who states...

'We never touch another so lightly that

we do not leave a trace.'

With so much going on in the world that we can't control, how we interact with others even in the smallest of time is something we can. I'm challenged at times when I go into the grocery store and simply want to be invisible and not interact with anyone. My personal introvert would choose that every time. But I remind that part of me, that perhaps the person stocking the apples or the person checking me out needs a smile, eye contact, a dose of dopamine, appreciation etc. Because regardless of what I decide to do in that moment in time, I will leave a trace.

My hope is that all of us would choose to interact more times than not and be aware of how every human connection will leave a trace...regardless. Keep slinging that dopamine and let's all work to make sure that every person's day is better because they crossed paths with us.
