Lord, this day I give you thanks for the gift and power of music. The hymns at church, the songs of birds, the music that accompanies me on my phone, the classical or pop music on the radio in the car, the songs in animated movies or from Broadway musicals–all these have the power to touch my soul, give me new insights, bring back forgotten moments of my youth, and inspire me to be a better person. In my heart today, I sing a song of praise and gratitude for this wondrous gift.

Christmas Festival of Lights Tickets On Sale

The Grotto's Christmas Festival of Lights is less than six weeks away. Opening Friday, Nov. 25, the annual event celebrates the true meaning of Christmas with music, lights and joy.

Known as the world's largest Christmas Choral Festival, more than 150 choirs will perform over the course of 35 nights in the Chapel of Mary, known for its cathedral-like acoustics. 

There are nightly puppet shows and caroling in the pavilion tent, and music all around the grounds. And don't forget the millions of lights!
