Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As a Diocese we are reviewing and refreshing our strategy and have spent the past two months listening to you for solutions to the challenges we face and how to build on the wonderful work that is being done in mission and ministry already, across Norfolk and Waveney. 

Thank you. We are working hard to collate and sort all the information you have been sending in, writing down on paper and saying to us. We have had just under 600 ideas gathered so far. We are still in listening mode and open to further suggestions of things which would make us more effective, confident and joyful in our work and ministry. We are also starting to utilise the ideas in solution-focused workshops. 

As we have been moving through this strategy process there has been a lot of reflection on what it means to be Transformed by Christ and how these words, this idea, that invitation and call, is the energy we need for bringing hope to Norfolk and Waveney.
