Earlier this July, a newly revised edition of Connecting Inner Power with Global Change: The Fractal Ladder was released—marking fifteen years since its original publication. At the heart of the book lies a central hypothesis: that any thought, emotion, will, or force arising within the self is governed by fractal dynamics and thus tends to replicate with structural similarity across time and space. Two key corollaries follow: first, we inevitably find ourselves immersed in a sea of shared patterns, often unconsciously shaped by them; and second, if a truly unique movement arises, it must—sooner or later—leave its imprint on life, simply because no equivalent pattern exists.
One such movement of thought, perhaps, is the Quaternary Interpretation of Quantum Dynamics (QIQD), which forms the cornerstone of the recently published monograph Pioneering New Avenues in Quantum Technology. This framework proposes that quantum-level behavior reflects a recurring fourfold—or quaternary—structure, echoed across multiple scales: within cells, atomic systems, and quantum particles. If this structural resonance proves valid, it could have far-reaching implications across the entire technology stack. The monograph begins to trace these possibilities, offering a foundational structure for what might become a new class of coherence-based technologies.
The question is: are QIQD and the technologies that might emerge from it truly unique enough to leave an imprint on life? From a fractal perspective, this is not about market demand, nor the inertia of political systems that often delay the future. It is about something that has not yet been—now compelled to come into being precisely because it has not yet existed. The Copenhagen Interpretation has shaped quantum thinking for nearly a century. In its long dominance, both academia and industry appear to have forgotten to question its deeper assumptions. In this light, I’m grateful that the Forbes platform continues to offer space for QIQD to find voice and form. Still, the essential question remains: is this uniqueness potent enough to inspire laboratory experiments and viable quantum technologies? Whether that transformation will come to pass remains, for now, an open question.
