Resolutions

Resolutions are due to the Diocesan Office by August 27, 2023. Please email them to the Diocesan Office. Those discerning whether to submit resolutions are strongly encouraged to prayerfully consider whether the resolution process is the best way to engage the topics being addressed, given the diversity and vulnerability of our diocesan community in this liminal time, and the focus of this year’s Convention on recommendations from the New Season of Ministry Task Force.

Congratulations to Amy Morrow, Diocesan Treasurer, and Josh Stalboerger as they celebrated their marriage on July 8, 2023!

Congratulations to Kristi Venhuizen, of St. Paul's in Grand Forks, for her appointment by Governor Burgum to a newly created judgeship in the Northeast Central Judicial District, based in Grand Forks. Kristi is a former Chancellor of the Diocese of North Dakota and the daughter of Ross and Donna Pettit. Donna currently serves on Diocesan Council and as chairperson of the Congregational Development Committee.

Innocent Goodhouse-Mauai, Scarlett Goodhouse, and Chloe Gullikson sent this from the Episcopal Youth Event 2023 last week. A small, but mighty ND contingent teamed up with Minnesota. Can't wait to hear more!
