Long ago, when I was in sales, my boss told me something seemingly simple and obvious, but critically important: sales is farming, not hunting. In other words, from prospecting to closing the deal, selling successfully meant understanding that you were engaged in a long, patient process.
Last month, Mandelbaum Salsburg participated in a statewide drive sponsored by the New Jersey Legal Industry Providers. They banded together to collect baby formula, diapers and personal hygiene products to be distributed by Fulfill, an amazing organization that is trying to alleviate hunger and build food security in New Jersey’s Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
