THE PRIORY POST ~ Thursday, November 16, 2023
The Priory’s mission is to nurture each child’s inherent curiosity, develop an enthusiasm for learning and encourage intellectual and creative initiative, preparing the child to be a responsible, tolerant and self-confident global citizen.
Dear Priory Families,
Last week, we had the pleasure of attending a truly memorable Cheers & Chat social gathering that brought together over one hundred parents and staff members of our wonderful Priory community in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With a glass in hand and delicious bites, courtesy of Chef Richard, the evening was filled with great conversation, laughter and cheers, that was undeniably the place to be!
This fabulous evening allowed us to chat in the warmth of our Buchanan home transformed into a beautiful and inviting space, all thanks to the dedication and hard work of our entire PPA Steering Committee: Lonneke Bank, Rosanna Rizzuto, Eva Sokol, Jodi McLaughlin, Rosemary Jakimowicz, Lily Furstenburg and our lovely parent volunteer, Fatiha Sajid. Their tireless efforts in decorating and organizing the event created an ambiance that made everyone feel right at home.
While parents enjoyed each other's company and engaging conversations, our children had fun next door at The Priory, where they watched a movie and shared pizza with their friends. It was a special time for everyone involved, creating a memorable evening for both parents and children.
As the night drew to a close, many of you approached us, eager to know when the next event will be. Your excitement warmed our hearts, and we cannot thank our Priory Parents' Association and The Priory School Foundation enough for hosting this year's Cheers & Chat. We can't wait to see you all at our next social event and create more cherished memories together!

The After School Program Parent Survey
At The Priory, we value our parent's input. From time to time, we ask families to share their insights and provide us with valuable feedback by completing a survey.
To ensure that our After School Program, in partnership with Laurus Lifestyles, meets the needs of our students and families, we would appreciate your insights. If your child has participated in our After School Program this year, including extracurricular activities and Ped Day daycare services, we respectfully request that you take a moment to complete a short survey. Your feedback is important to help us provide the best possible experience for our students and families.
Please note that all survey responses are gathered anonymously.

If you have any gently used winter clothes or accessories that you no longer need, please help out by sending them to school.
