The Private Beach Officially Opens on November 13

Dear Bonita Bay residents,

Mark your calendar! Having now received our Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, we are very excited to announce that our Private Beach will officially open on Thursday, November 13. Our beach staff is looking forward to welcoming our homeowners back to the Bonita Beach shoreline.

Before visiting the beach, there are a few things to keep in mind.

What to Expect

During opening week, we expect a high volume of residents visiting the beach. We kindly ask for your patience as parking will be limited. Residents are encouraged to use the shuttle buses for transportation.

Temporary Certificate of Occupancy

Even though we are open, we are still under a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, which means we are able to operate on a limited basis and hours. The building has passed all necessary inspections except for the final generator inspection.

Private Beach Hours of Operation

Until we receive our final Certificate of Occupancy, our hours of operation will be limited to 8 a.m. to one hour after sunset, Monday - Sunday. Chair and umbrella service is provided daily. Available on site: ice and water machine, showers, and portable restrooms.

Beach Live Camera

Beginning on opening day, residents can monitor beach conditions and parking availability through the live beach camera on the website/app's Private Beach Page.

Digital Member Card

A Digital Member Card is required for beach entrance and shuttle bus boarding. If you do not have a Digital Member Card, please bring your Driver's License for verification. Our staff can assist you with downloading the mobile app to your phone upon arrival.

Need Help Downloading the App?

Stop by the BBCA Activities Center on November 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and our beach staff will be happy to staff assist you. Make sure to have your mobile phone with you.

Guest Member Registration

An owner's guest(s) will also be required to present a Digital Member Card upon boarding the shuttle bus/visiting the beach when not accompanied by the owner. To provide guests with a temporary Digital Member Card, the owner must complete the "Guest Registration Form" on the BBCA website or mobile app.
