Much of life’s conflicts and misunderstandings between people can be traced back to lack of effective communication. Through experiential learning, this session conveys the key elements of listening and how to communicate with others to accomplish work and personal goals while maintaining the mutual relationship. The participants will understand their own communication style and how that can impact working with others.(Effective Communication is an 8-hour virtual class).
In this session participants will learn about team functionality and individual preferences with the goal of gaining a deeper understanding of individual and team style preferences. These preferences will then be examined to set goals and leverage them to increase team relationships and effectiveness.
