Welcome to The Pulse!  Please take a minute to check out what's happening at Church of the Apostles.
Please join your church in praying for the following requests for the life and mission of the church:
+ Please pray for friends and neighbors to join us during Holy Week, that their eyes would be opened to see the glory of our stricken, smitten, afflicted, but risen Lord and Savior.

+ Pray for Patrick as he prepares to preach on Easter Sunday, that by the power of the Spirit, he would declare the gospel with clarity and power, and that new people would enter God's Kingdom.

+ Pray for the children being baptized Easter Sunday - Annie Smith, Haddie Pugh, Graham Horner and Harry Livingston - that they would be sealed by the Holy Spirit and marked as Christ's own forever.

Easter Sunday
John 20:1-18
Why Are You Crying? ~ Rev. Patrick Dominguez
Please note that the services times this Sunday are *9:00am* and 11:00am.  There will be a fellowship time {and donuts!} between the services.  No Sunday School on Easter Sunday.

This year's Easter Offering will go towards our Mission Partner, Safe Families for Children.  SFFC unleashes church partners and their vetted, trained volunteers to host vulnerable children and create extended family-like support for desperate families.  Church partners keep kids safe and families intact. As a struggling parent addresses the crisis and builds a network of support, the Safe Families goal is to increase their ability to care for their children.

Sara Hillegass {schillegass@gmail.com} is the Safe Families Ministry Lead at Apostles.  Kimberly Curlin is the Raleigh Chapter Director and would also love to speak with anyone about Safe Families {kcurlin@safefamilies.net}.

The Easter Vigil traces the Biblical story of redemption from the Garden of Eden to the morning of the Resurrection of Jesus. Renewal of baptismal vows, a glorious celebration of the Lord's Supper, and lots of bell ringing.
{Bring a bell!}
