PRAY WITHOUT CEASING
Please join your church in praying for the following requests for the life and mission of the church:

+ Pray for our youth and the adult volunteers as they conclude their service trip to Wilmington.    Pray that their faith would deepen as they serve others and have fun and fellowship with one another.

+ Pray for those dealing with terminal illness, either themselves or a family member.    Pray that God would move powerfully in their lives, giving them comfort in their affliction, relief from their pain, and assurance of their identity as eternal members of God's kingdom.

+ Pray for those who are questioning their faith,  that God might reveal himself more fully and surely to them through is Word, through prayer, and through interaction with brothers and sisters in Christ.

THIS SUNDAY @ APOSTLES

Revelation 14:1 - 15:4  | Matthew 13: 24-30
T he Harvest Of The Lamb  ~ Rev. Jay Traylor

WHAT'S HAPPENING @ APOSTLES
Summer Video Series
Join us after the 10am worship service as we watch the video series: For the Life of the World: Letter to the Exiles  and then have a time of Q&A, feedback, and discussion.   These short films explore the  challenge of being "in the world, but not of it." Each episode digs into a different aspect of faith and culture, of how we can live for God's glory and for the life of the world.
If you are unable to make it on Sundays or if you have missed some episodes, you can catch up on Amazon Prime.  If you are a Prime member, the  series is free to stream.   We would still encourage you to come to the Sunday viewing, because the discussion afterwards is as valuable as the episodes themselves. Hope to see you then!
LC Listening Post | Sunday, July 28  7pm
Leadership Council will have the last "listening post" on July 28 at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall.  Come with your questions, concerns and prayers regarding Apostles.

Our next baptism will be on August 4. We ask that least one parent of the child being baptized be a member at Apostles. If you are interested in having your child baptized, please email Marsha Whyte.
UPCOMING DISCOVERING APOSTLES CLASSES

WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Summer Knitting Class + Fellowship
Join us for prayer, devotional, prayer requests and a little knitting. We will be hosting a summer gathering that will include a knitting class along with a chance to meet in a small group and share. If you would like to learn to knit, or already know how to knit/crochet and would like to craft with others, please join us! We will meet every other Monday night, 7-8:30pm, in Room 201.
July 1, 15, 29 | August 12 and 26

To sign up or for more information, contact Mona Hall {919-889-1105 |
[email protected] }.  If you are a beginner, we will arrange a field trip to Great Yarns in Raleigh.  Just let Mona know!

Linda Lupien is inviting Apostles women to participate in a deeper discussion of Revelation. This interesting vision our Lord invited the apostle John into has so much hope, affirmation and encouragement in it we need to keep mining the treasures.

Monday evenings | 7-8:30pm | Room 201
June 10 (chapters 1-4); June 24 (ch 5-8); July 8 (ch 9-12); July 22 (ch 13-16); Aug 5 (ch 7-22)

Come when you can, bring your Bible and your curiosity. Jesus masterfully created a detailed painting to seal in all the Truth we need to know. Let's admire His Revelation.
