Did you know that AAPHC has Same Day Appointments available? Patients can contact their AAPHC provider's office and ask about the availability of same day appointments and we'll be happy to see if we can place the patient on the day's schedule.

How it Works:

• If there is an open appointment, we'll place the patient on a provider's schedule right away.

• If all Same Day Appointment slots are filled for the day, our Schedulers will schedule the patient in the next available appointment the following day.

• For some hospital follow-up appointments or emergency visits, some patients may be placed in a Same Day Appointment with a different provider than who the patient normally sees at AAPHC. Thank you for your help in seeing these patients quickly and making sure they are taken care of within our organization.

Our goal is to always offer exceptional customer service to our patients and ensure they are able to see their provider quickly. This also ensures our patients receive high quality care with our Care Teams here at AAPHC!

Patients Can Reach AAPHC Providers 7 Days a Week, 365 Days a Year!

Did you know that AAPHC offers after hours coverage to our patients? That's right! 

This is great information for our patients as we head into a long weekend and our offices will be closed on Labor Day.

A provider is always available by phone after hours for both adults and children. Our providers may be reached by calling the number of the office at which the patient is seen. All phones are forwarded to an answering service at the close of each business day, on weekends, and holidays.   The answering service will connect the patient with the On-Call Provider for AAPHC.

Our goal is to always provide access, and even expand access, to your provider so you always can reach AAPHC when our patients need us most!

We're here to care for our community - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
