CPRIT Recruitment Award Deadline Change

On April 20 CPRIT will close submissions of Recruitment of First Time Tenure Track, Rising Star, and Established Investigator Awards under the FY2025 RFAs. Note: May and June submissions are cancelled.

Grant Preparation

The SOAR Intensive R Grant Writers Workshop application deadline is April 29. Sessions begin June 16 and extend to September. The program includes eight virtual sessions and a mock study section, with grant sections reviewed collaboratively by facilitators and peers.

The KL2 Scholar Program application deadline is June 9. Positions start as early as September 15 for Junior Clinical and Translational Science KL2 Faculty Investigators who show great promise toward becoming independently funded clinical and translational science investigators.

We encourage faculty to consider applying; enrollment is limited.

To address the need for more Psychiatry investigators to participate in these types of programs, we are introducing a similar workshop program for our investigators to increase participation and provide support for a broader range of grant types, including those submitted by more experienced investigators. Email us for more information.
