For more than 30 years, the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI) has been the flagship leadership experience for senior leaders across media, entertainment and technology. Built in partnership with renowned leadership experts, the program brings together a selective cohort of directors, vice presidents and executive-level leaders for a deeply immersive development journey.
Over the course of the program, you will:

Create a rare protected space to think beyond the urgent and examine your leadership identity, values and vision
- Work with executive coaches using assessment insights tailored to your strengths and blind spots

Learn alongside a powerful peer network that understands the realities of leading in this industry
BMLI combines experiential learning, facilitated sessions, introspection, peer exchange and assessment-based coaching. Participants leave with clear insight into how they lead and renewed confidence in their voice and decisions. They also gain a community they can rely on long after the program ends. Many alumnae advance to expanded roles, larger mandates and greater visibility within a year of completing the program.

Tuition
Tuition covers program costs including materials and daytime meals. Travel, hotel and dinners are the responsibility of participants.
