We are pleased to announce that the nomination process for this year’s TechConnect Mentoring Program, hosted in partnership with the SCTE Foundation and The WICT Network, is now underway. This important initiative was created to develop a formal mentoring relationship between top-ranking and high-potential leaders in media, entertainment and technology. Our mission is to empower professionals in technology within our industry, offering vital support to navigate workplace challenges and propel career advancement.


2025/2026 Program Details:

  • Kick-off Meeting: We will kick off the program during The WICT Network’s 2025 Leadership Conference in New York City.
  • Monthly Meetings: Regular mentorship sessions will be conducted virtually or in-person to ensure consistent guidance and support.
  • Quarterly Learning Webinars: Featuring guest speakers and networking opportunities.
  • Graduation: Attend the graduation at the SCTE TechExpo the week of September 28, 2026 in Atlanta, GA.


Additional Benefits:

  • Complimentary registration for mentees at The WICT Network Leadership Conference and SCTE Cable-Tec Expo (travel and lodging not included).

Eligibility Requirements:
