The WICT Network is pleased to open the application period for the 2026 Betsy Magness Leadership Institute (BMLI). Applications to join Class 54 and 55 will be accepted through February 18, 2026, and all materials should be submitted through the online portal at wict.org/bmli-application.


Program Overview: Created to honor industry trailblazer Betsy Magness, BMLI is recognized as a premier development experience for high-potential senior leaders. More than 1,300 leaders have completed the program, joining a strong community of alums who drive innovation, influence strategy and shape the future of media, entertainment and technology. BMLI selectively curates content and qualified participants in an unparalleled immersive experience focused on developing critical business competencies within a B2B network.


Application Deadline: The deadline to apply is Wednesday, February 18, 2026. For more information or to apply online, please visit wict.org/bmli-application.


Tuition: Tuition covers program costs including materials and daytime meals. Travel, hotel and dinners are the responsibility of participants.

  • $20,500 for members
  • $20,830 for non-members (rate includes a membership with The WICT Network for eligible participants)
