The Village at Cabin Branch (Clarksburg, MD) subdivision identified above is intended to provide housing primarily for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older and are operated as an age-restricted community in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. At all times, at least eighty percent (80%) of the homes within the Village at Cabin Branch (Clarksburg, MD) subdivision must be occupied by at least one (1) individual fifty-five (55) years of age or older. This advertisement shall not constitute an offer or solicitation in any state where prior registration is required.
