Excited to announce this Ultra Modern Luxury Home in The Willows neighborhood. Architectural plans were submitted and we are on record with the City of Menlo Park.


Amazing news we are waiting for building approval expected in July. Even better all our utilities have been shut off including PG&E! We are currently preparing our submittal for demolition! We cannot wait to share this update with you next month.


We have also started our interior design process with Modsy. We just completed our first design meeting and provided them our inspirations. We cannot wait until we have our first draft design back and share that with you next month!
