The Pupdate
Edition 3
We're so very Thankful!
Will we fill the bone??
We're almost there, but need to finish out strong through the 19th!

We can't thank each and everyone of you enough for helping us to reach our $40,000 matching challenge. What an amazing group of supporters who have flooded our PayPal, phones and sent in checks.
Thank you to the Katy Trail Ice House Outpost in Plano for your hospitality and ability to show our appreciation to Veterans at our recent Adoption Day!

Thank you to those who stopped by and gave toward our mission, loved on our doggies and submitted applications for adoption!
Who's ready for Turkey and Pie?!?!
While we humans are planning the big day, shopping for groceries and prepping for shopping, our favorite four legged friends are collecting drool, practicing their longing eye stares and polishing their begging skills.

It's important to remember what's good for them to munch on....

Straydog is moving into new territory and embracing the opportunities that advanced technology, social media and a digital presence will provide. We've had a gracious volunteer help move us in this direction and would love a business to help sponsor the costs that come with getting up to speed. If you or your business are interested please reach out to Linda, straydogshelter@gmail.com

We'd love to be a part of your family...
This sweet young boy is Copper, a handsome brindle hound mix estimated to be 5 years old. All he wants to do is please you, he'll get along great with everyone and other dogs. Copper's looking to give companionship this season!
Travis is an older gentle dog who has spent his life with us at the shelter. He and his kennel mate Maria have been very happy, loved and cared for here, but of course would always love to be in a forever home. If you're interested in this duo let us know!
Straydog Shelter and Sanctuary is currently home to 173 dogs full of love! Your generous donations support our mission in being a No-Kill shelter and sanctuary, providing an enjoyable and loving home for all ages and challenges faced by our dogs, all while seeking to find their forever home.
