Long Island Campus - The College's new proposed Long Island campus location anticipates opening and offering another branch our renowned Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) program in the 2024-2025 academic year*. The planned new campus, based in Northeast’s current health center location in Levittown, will offer the same fully accredited D.C. program for which the College is known, adding in even more use of cutting-edge technology to support coursework and hands-on labs. We are proud to return to the New York metro area, and to ensure that the world’s top chiropractic education is even more accessible for tomorrow’s healthcare leaders.
*NOTE: The establishment and opening of Northeast College’s Long Island campus are contingent on pending regulatory approvals and are not confirmed nor guaranteed at this time.

Peter J. Szakacs (D.C. '78)
Tell alumnus "Dr. Pete" that he couldn’t do something, and he would prove you wrong. Tell him he couldn’t x-ray patients, and he went on to help change NY's antiquated “lumbar x-ray law.” Tell him he’s going to be disabled after a motor vehicle accident, and he fought back to health, returning to practice to help others do so too. He served as one of college's Board of Trustees and a NYSCA district president, and was a staunch advocate for chiropractic practicing in NY, PA, and FL. Dr. Szakacs unexpectedly passed away on May 28, 2023.
