The Queens Chamber of Commerce Announces
New Executive Director

The Queens Chamber of Commerce announced today that Thomas J. Grech will be the organizations new Executive Director.
"Tom brings a wealth of experience to the Chamber and its members" said Albert F. Pennisi, President of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. "As we continue to serve Queens businesses through our educational seminars, networking events, and advocacy, he has shown to have the knowledge and skills to help small businesses succeed."
"I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the borough of Queens and the businesses that make up its communities" said Thomas J. Grech, new Executive Director of the Queens Chamber of Commerce. "As the most diverse borough in the world, each community has its specific needs, and I am looking forward to working with the leaders in those communities, and our members, to help ensure the borough's economy continues to grow."
For the past five years Thomas J. Grech has been in the energy industry, most recently as the Director of Sales for CCI Energy Solutions, Inc.. where he was responsible for sales and new business development, creating relationships between industry partners. He also served as Chairman of the Queens Chamber of Commerce's Energy Committee, organizing monthly meetings, presentations, and the Energy Conference which took place in February at Queens College.
Originally from Astoria, Queens, Thomas now lives in Malverne, New York with his wife, daughter and son. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Accounting, and he received his M.B.A. in International Business from Manhattan College.
The Queens Chamber of Commerce has been serving Queens' business community for over one-hundred years. As the premier resource for the diverse business community in Queens, its mission is to foster economic growth and prosperity through advocacy, networking, and education.
