Dear Friends ~ Hello & Happy Spring!

How is the transition feeling to you so far?

It's not always just the plants that are popping up during this dynamic time of year…A rapid state of change across the external landscape can certainly be a catalyst to our inner state as well. Ready or not, we start to sense the push to move, create, and build; followed by the pull to slow, rest, and reflect. This cycle is natural, yet it can feel overwhelming or depleting until we refine our rhythm.

If you ever find yourself wondering 'how am I going to get through this?!', consider instead, 'how am I going to care for myself along the way?'.  This approach holds the possibility to turn our attention away from life's unknowns, towards curious and compassionate, loving acts of self-care. Over time, we create a mindset that supports us no matter what comes into bloom...across the external landscape, or within.

To build that skill, community opportunities this month include specific food, movement, expressive art, writing, coaching, yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices to more comfortably align with Spring.

While some of these events may be in the past by the time that you read this, we still want you to have the contact information for these trusted practitioners at hand. CLICK the title of each event and read on to discover which offerings will keep your inner compass attuned to self-care during this season of fully felt change.
