The Quran Beheld is the title of the translation of the Quran by world-renowned scholar Nuh Ha Mim Keller, one of the world's best translators of Arabic to English. This was a 17-year project in which Shaykh Nuh sat with Sheikh Ali Hani, a scholar of Arabic and tafsir (Quranic commentary), and took from him the explanation of each verse of the Quran. Together they read through Quranic tafsir two complete times from cover to cover. The retail value of this book ranges from $90-100 USD but we are gifting copies to Ramadan donors (see below).

About the Translator

Nuh Ha Mim Keller was born in eastern Washington State in 1954. He read philosophy at Gonzaga University, the University of Chicago, and UCLA, entered Islam in 1977 at al-Azhar in Cairo, and moved to Jordan in 1980. A scholar of traditional Islamic sciences who studied with sheikhs in Jordan and Syria, he has produced such works as Reliance of the Traveller, Sea Without Shore, and the Chain of Gold edition of Dala’il al-Khayrat. He is a senior fellow at the Royal Ahl al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought.
