Both the State and counties submitted their initial frameworks for putting federal recovery funds to use this week. The State Plan elaborates on a legislative framework created by a bipartisan compromise late last session. The county plans illustrate a variety of commitments, with counties already underway with continued business, worker, and renter relief programs. These reports are the first of many required public-facing updates for the use of these federal funds for an array of recovery and pandemic-related enterprises.
