2023 RAPV President Lori Beth Chase is excited to announce a new networking venture with our RAPV Young Professionals Network – Start Strong Coffee Connections!

Our first Coffee Connections is on Tuesday, March 14th, from 9 am - 10 am at Goodworks Coffee House in Chicopee. It's Free! Registration is required.
2023 Leadership Series Session 2: Consciously Inclusive!
Are you ready to be leader in all facets of life? Sign up for the 2023 RAPV Leadership Series: Empower your Future. These skills based classes are designed to empower you as a leader in your business, personal life and beyond!

The second session is Consciously Inclusive! on March 23 at 9 am with Elizabeth Solomon from New Real Coaching. Team building and the creation of community is rooted in being consciously inclusive as a leader. Learn how to recognize and promote the diversity in your team and community in order achieve goals and set everyone up for success.

·    Students who have been accepted and are preparing to enter their 1st year of college.
·    Parent or legal guardian must be one of the following:
·    A current Affiliate or REALTOR® member of RAPV in good standing.
Application Deadline: April 13, 2023.
Personal interviews will take place on Thursday, May 27, 2023.

Important Update to MA Board of Registration License Renewal
The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons has updated their license renewal portal and now requires more details regarding continuing education courses when renewing. Being prepared will help make your renewal as streamlined as possible.

Caution on Solar Panels

While Residential solar may help reduce electric bills and dependence on fossil fuels, not all solar panel contracts are created equally. Buyers must be directed to do their own due diligence when purchasing a property with an existing solar panel lease in place. Prior to listing a property, a Seller is best advised to get in touch with their solar company and find out the procedure for a transfer of the solar panel lease.
