2022 REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill | June 6 - 9, 2022

Join the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley to virtually advocate for homeownership and private property rights during the RAPV Week of Advocacy in partnership with the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. Attend a statewide virtual keynote session on June 6th and meet locally with your legislators about the key legislative issues that will affect the real estate industry and private property.

RAPV Bylaws and Policy Update Special Membership Meeting

The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley Bylaws and Policy Task Force reviewed and updated the current RAPV Bylaws and Policies. At the May meeting of the Board of Directors, the Board passed a motion to approve the Policies with a recommendation of approval of the Bylaws as presented. Bylaws are to be voted on by the membership, whereas Policies may be voted on solely by the Board of Directors.

RAPV 2022 President Cheryl Malandrinos, President-Elect Lori Chase, and CEO Brendan Bailey will be holding a special membership meeting to vote on the Bylaws changes on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 5 PM at RAPV. Virtual attendance will also be available.

Reminder: Complete the NAR Fairhaven & At Home With Diversity Training for a Chance to Win!

RAPV launches new program to help support diversity within the association. Members participating will need to complete At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Fairhaven to enter into a drawing for a $150 gas card.

A winner will be drawn each ¼ (3/31; 6/30; 9/30; 12/30) at 3:00PM. Members will need to send the verification to Brendan@rapv.com that they have completed both (one submission) and their name will be put into “a hat”.

The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley has classroom space available for ½ day or full day rentals. Large or small gatherings the newly renovated classrooms can accommodate up to 100 people.
